We are excited because we have a contract to buy a new house! It is a great house that we will be able to grow into for a long time (which is good because we never want to go through selling a house again!). It has a great basement, an office (for Matt), lots of storage, and a low maintenance yard (for Melinda). The kids are excited because it comes with a play set--though they want to modify it to include better monkey bars (for Caroline) and a fireman pole (for Carter). We close on the house the 29th of February.
Now we just have to find someone to buy our house and we will be set!
