Class Parties

Carter had his class party on the 18th.  Aaron was out of school so he was excited to be able to go to both Carter and Alex's parties.  

 We made water bottle snowmen....the kids loved the craft and I got a ton of compliments from other teachers and the administration...but it was a LOT of work for me and I don't think I will ever do it again!

 One of the other moms offered to plan a couple of games--and one of them was a donut eating contest.  She had all the donuts pre-strung on their own string so it was easy to change to the next group....the kids loved this and I will definitely do this one again! 

 Aaron really wanted to do this game, but there was an even number of students so I wasn't sure he would be able to.  After the last round there was enough donuts for Aaron to do a round..they were trying to figure out who to allow to go twice so Aaron would have a partner when someone suggested Mrs. Justice have a turn....so Aaron and Mrs. Justice battled it out!

 Alex's class party was the next day.  I didn't get many pictures because I was running around crazy the entire party a little bit busier trying to run the party!  We had lots of parent helpers, but none of them would just step up and run things and those that did made a mess of things!  At the end of the party the result was the same... 

 Lots of happy kids with their snowmen and ready to go home on a sugar high!
