The Friday before Christmas we got all the cousins together to make gingerbread houses
...well graham cracker houses with candy on them....but it sort of turned into graham crackers with some frosting and a pile of candy on top....we decided we needed to revise the plan because the houses weren't even remotely house shaped, nor did they stay together.
Lori was visiting with us again--her flight was cancelled so she had an unexpected layover. I told her that if she would just come and visit she wouldn't keep having to make emergency visits to us!
