Alex has learned the word "NO" very well--just about any question you ask him will get the response "NO, NO". But he loves to raise his hand and say "Me!" when the question is "who likes...." So today we were in the car and we had the following conversation:
Me: "Alex, do you want this doggie book?"
Alex: "NO!" (throws book on the floor)
Me: "Who wants to look at a doggie book?"
Alex: (raising his hand) "Me!"
I gave him the doggie book and he looked at it for at least 10 minutes! I guess it is all how you ask the questions!
