The entire first grade went outside for a bunch of fun field day type games (tug of war, water balloon toss, relay races, etc.) After the games they came in to their own classrooms for ice cream and socializing.
Carter's teacher had given them each a small whiteboard along with markers and eraser.
In line for ice cream--Aaron acting as big as the other kids.
I would like this picture better if Aaron didn't have chocolate fudge on his mouth!
Grandma Olsen had picked Alex up from school and dropped him off--he arrived just in time for some ice cream.
Carter and his teacher Mrs. McCollum. Carter loved first grade--his class and his teacher.
