Swimming

One of my favorite things about summer is spending time at the pool--Shanna and her kids often join us and sometimes Grandma and Lisa and her kids would as well.  Especially now that the kids can swim on their own and the adults could talk--our swim dates were some of the most anticipated events of the summer

Alex would usually have a swim lesson during part of the swimming time.

Aaron loved swimming--especially once he could move around without me holding him.

 

The kids loved the diving board--it was so fun to see all the different dives they could come up with.

 

 

Alex did so well at swimming--at the beginning of the summer he didn't want to get his face wet and wouldn't jump off the edge at all--by the end he was trying to see all the different jumps he could do!

Alex is such a good big brother to Aaron--I love this picture.
