Tiny Tot Basketball

We signed Aaron up for a basketball program for 3-4 year olds through the YMCA.
They met every Saturday for 6 weeks and had 30 min of practice and then 30 min of a game.  Somehow fate allowed Aaron to be on the green team--I don't want to think about what would have happened  if he had been assigned to the red or black or blue team!
The coaches run drills on dribbling, passing, shooting, and not tackling your neighbor.  Some of the games were a little physical...to the point of the kids needing helmets and pads.  One boy in particular (a coaches son of course) was extremely aggressive and I was tempted to suggest his dad take him out of the game for a while!
Aaron loved it...for about 2 weeks.  He tolerated it the 3rd & 4th week.  The fifth week we didn't make it the entire hour (and I held his hand most of the time we were there)...and he is begging me to skip the last week.  Seems to be typical for my kids and sports--I start to forget how miserable it is and sign someone else up for sports and then I remember all over again!
