After checking into the hotel, we decided to visit Hershey Chocolate World and eat dinner there (there wasn't much near our hotel). We first went on the tour--it was really cute. The kids loved the cows.
And they loved seeing the conveyor belts filled with wrapped candy bars, Hershey Syrup, etc.
The gift shop was filled with every type of Hershey Chocolate you could imagine--and all their brands....unfortunately not any cheaper than you can buy anywhere.
But their favorite part was at the very end when you got a sample. We ended up going two different days (it was free) and the first day we got 2 Hershey's kisses (each) and the next day we got a miniature chocolate bar.The kids also got to be factory workers. They got a hat, an ID badge with their picture on it, and got to package (and buy) their own container of Hershey's Kisses.
Waiting for their shift to start

Next time you will have to try the amusement park. It is my children's favorite even more so than Disney. They have a really fantastic waterpark inside the park. We only went one day, but felt like we could have used two.
I've already thought Hershey's would be a fun trip, but now I really want to go!
