Christmas Eve we joined Matt's family at his sister Shanna's home. We had a wonderful dinner and opened presents. The kids love going to Shanna's house (Caroline says it is the first thing she puts on her calendar every year). They love playing with the cousins--and opening presents before Christmas is always a bonus! We love going to visit with everyone and since we spend most of the day there it is a nice way to have a calm Christmas Eve--without all the pressure of getting last minute things done.
