At the park with cousins

We love going to the park with Shanna and her kids. Shanna and I can talk, the kids get to play, and there are no toys to pick up afterward.....a win all the way around.

Two weeks ago we went to a park near Shanna's house. After a little while on the playground we ventured over to the stream that runs through the park. The kids LOVED the stream and, despite the constant throwing of rocks, only one person got hit in the head (sorry Carter).
It was a little wet on the way home, but we took a bath right away and ate dinner in our pjs--it was a great afternoon.

Today we went to a park near our house. I was planning on bringing my camera, but I forgot so I thought I would just use my phone camera (the same one I used for the pictures at the stream). It isn't the best, but not too bad outside. It was a beautiful day, really sunny, so I couldn't really see the pictures, but I figured they were good enough. When I went to upload them I realized they were all blurry--my lens was dirty and I didn't realize it until tonight.

So, as you look at these pictures, just imagine how great they would have been with a clean lens..

ugh...I wish I had gotten some better pictures! I guess this will give Matt some leverage on his quest to get me to admit I need a new phone with a better camera.
