Christmas

Christmas morning came all too early. Carter woke up about 5:30 and came to our room. At 6 he quickly woke up Alex and Caroline so we could all open presents. Caroline took over photography duties so we have her to thank for all our Christmas morning pictures.

We had spent the afternoon with my family. On our way to my Mom and Dad's house I asked Alex how his Christmas had been this year. He told me "not very good". I asked him what was wrong and he said "I just need a few more presents to open". Luckily there were a few waiting for him at Grandma's house so he was happy!

I love this picture of Alex and Grant--they were born 3 days apart and are starting to become very good friends. How fun is it to have someone you can make silly faces with??

Caroline loved the earrings Ellie gave her--but her favorite gift was the package of pony tail holders
It really was a wonderful day--when we got up the next morning Alex said "I want it to be Christmas again". I felt the same way.
