Alex was in heaven because William was there--William is the best thing ever in Alex's book. If you needed to find Alex, just look for William and Alex would be right behind.
Aaron likes trying to keep up with the big boys too.
Last time we saw baby Bella she was only a few weeks old--she had grown so much!
Johnathan had grown a lot too!
Aaron had the best time ever--balls everywhere--bouncy balls, balloon balls, everywhere he looked there were more balls to play with
The surprise
We were lucky Matt was even able to come--he was working 24x7 at this point and was there only because he could work the entire time--I drove up and back and Matt worked while we were driving. It was hard to have him so busy, but at least he had been able to come.
Heather had gathered a bunch of things for the kids to play with during the party--balloons, bouncy balls, coloring supplies, bubbles, games, etc. Carter spent most of his time drawing/coloring.
Caroline loved spending time with Aunt Jenny (don't we all?) On the way home she was upset because she barely remembered Jenny and now Jenny would be leaving and it would be a long time before she saw her again.
The gift was a beautiful quilt that Shanna made---everyone's hand and/or feet were used to make the blocks--it was absolutely incredible. I can't believe Shanna did the entire quilt top (from the idea to the finished top) in less then 3 weeks. Each family group had a scene and then everyone had a small individual block as well.
