One of the kids' favorite things to do before school starts is to visit Dahlonega
First we do gem mining
We had some amazing gems this time!
Then we get lunch at Chick Fil A and take to to the reservoir and watch the ducks.
and climb on all the rocks
sometimes we climb the rocks for fun, sometimes to get away from the ducks!
Then we head over to Connie's Ice Cream shop and get ice cream cones that no one can finish and sit on the bench outside the store to eat them.
It isn't much, but the kids love it!
