Halloween Parties

  Matt was out of town in the weeks leading up to Halloween (for some reason he almost always travels a lot in mid-October), so we joined the Witbecks and the Lichfields and Mom and Dad in some fun Halloween activities.

Our first party was the Fall Festival put on by the City of Milton.  This was our second year going, and it wasn't as impressive as it was the previous year...but the kids had fun with lots of bounce houses and slides and there was a cool magician doing balloon animals

 The trunk or treat for our ward was on a weekday and the kids couldn't stay up that late on a school night, so we went with Lisa and Shanna to their trunk or treat!

 I always like to get a picture the first time we dress up for Halloween--because by the 2nd or 3rd time most of the costumes have changed or parts have disappeared!  Carter, Alex and Aaron were all characters from The Last Airbender cartoon (Zuko, Aang, and Sokka respectively) and Caroline was Rosie the Riveter.  I dressed up as Waldo from the Where's Waldo book series.
