The post isn't really about Caroline and I--though we are great friends too :) I was in charge of creating the 5th grade farewell DVD this year and needed a lot of pictures to make it. Because of that I was able to go to the school quite often the last few months of school and take pictures of the 5th graders--at lunch, recess, field day, and a bunch of other things. It was fun to be able to spend more time with Caroline--I know I won't have those same chances in middle school (and she probably won't want me to!).
Roxie and Aaron have started playing outside together. Usually Aaron swings and Roxie sits under the swing and watches him (and chews on the pine bark). After a while they will go down the slide a few times (Roxie LOVES to slide). They they will wander around the yard looking at things and then come in. Aaron loves the company when all the kids are at school, and Roxie doesn't get into trouble if Aaron is back there with her.
