One of our favorite things to go to is "Touch a Truck" day put on by the city. For Touch a Truck day, the city and private businesses bring in vehicles of all sort. The vehicles are opened up and you can sit in them, honk the horns, walk through them and take pictures. Every year we go there are more vehicles to see. This year we saw everything from fire trucks and police cars to a limo and an EPA emergency response vehicle and a waffle house RV. We toured a SWAT vehicle and the kids sat in a garbage truck and honked the horns (very loud horns).
Aaron's favorite was the train (of course)
Near the police cars we got to see the Police dog.
Trying on the fireman's hat
Driving the fire truck.
The kids loved the limo
Everyone loved the tire swing too--except Alex who didn't want to try it.
I think it might be a while before Aaron can drive the garbage truck!
Aaron was so happy to finally get to go on a school bus!
