I need to add a disclaimer at this point of my post--Alex had a end of year party, but I didn't take a single picture at it. I was there helping with the activities, passing out watermelon, and comforting him when an adult stepped on his foot with the stiletto heel of her shoe....but not a single picture. Sorry Alex..but I'm sure this won't be the last time I mess up!
Carter had his class party on Thursday. Aaron was a bit tired at this point--it was 1pm and we had been at the school since 7am (except for the 90 min we spent at his preschool party and driving to and from the party). Carter's party was held out on the field so there was also a lot of walking involved.
We started off by signing t-shirts
Carter was such a good brother and let Aaron help him in the relay races.
The kids in Carter's class were so nice to Aaron--they all treated him as if he were one of them--Aaron ate it up!
After the relay races and games we had cookies, juice boxes, watermelon and popsicles. It was a fun time, but Aaron and I were ready to go home!
