Disney Vacation: Dinner with friends

In September of 2000, a yahoo group was started for women having babies in May of 2001.  11 years later there are eight of us still emailing each other.  Most of us haven't met each other in person--though we probably know more about each other than many of our "real life" friends know about us.  In July of 2009, on our way home from Philadelphia for a family vacation, we detoured through New Jersey to meet up with Aimee and her family for lunch.  Aimee's family has since moved to Orlando.  When Marina made plans to come to Disney in September, I thought it was a good excuse for us to go as well!  We all met up at Aimee's house for dinner one night.

After a long day at the park, I wasn't sure how the kids would do at dinner--but the break of being able to play and run around was welcome and the kids had so much fun!

I call these pictures my Giant pictures...I am only 5'7--and I look short compared to Matt, but next to Aimee and Marina I look like I am in Alice in Wonderland where she grows taller and taller!

I have to blame the camera angle too--I'm no where near bumping my head on the sliding glass door--despite how it appears in these pictures!

All the kids together--I love how kids can not know anything about another person, yet within 5 minutes they are great friends and can play together for hours.

We had so much fun talking and laughing at the kids--and dinner was delicious!

The kids had an epic light saber battle--it was a no holds barred battle that lasted the entire time we were there.  Logan (in the purple) was ruthless before being finally downed by Aaron just before we left!
