The kids had the day off school so Shanna and I took our kids to a new pumpkin patch.
Turns out the pumpkin patch is more Christmas Tree Farm with pumpkins brought in during the off season...but it was fun anyway!

We took a "hay ride"--no actual hay however, that was reserved for the school groups that were there...I guess the more you pay the better the hayride!
We stopped at the lake and fed some seriously huge catfish...I'm sure those catfish taste like the fish food pellets hundreds of kids a day throw into the lake!
We bought some crackers to feed the cows and goats
Who doesn't want a picture with a giant inflatable black cat?
And we couldn't leave without buying a few pumpkins (and some apples that came from a local orchard--those were delicious!)
